**Customer Success Intern**TerraTern is seeking a motivated Customer Success Intern to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, resolving challenges, and identifying upsell opportunities while maintaining a high standard of service.**Key Responsibilities**
- Testimonial Collection: Proactively gather and manage client testimonials, case studies, and feedback to showcase success stories.
- Problem Solving: Address customer issues promptly, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver actionable solutions to ensure seamless experiences.
- Upsell/Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to expand client accounts by promoting additional products or services aligned with their needs.
- Customer Service: Provide end-to-end support, including onboarding, training, and ongoing assistance, to maximize product adoption and satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 years in customer success, account management, or related fields.( Freshers can also apply)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex client issues.
- Experience in upselling/cross-selling within a B2C environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Background in SaaS, tech, or immigration services.
