Overview:
We are seeking a bright, goal-oriented, high energy and hardworking individual to fill our Payroll Associate position based out in India office and will be assisting senior payroll executives for Global Payroll markets. This is a fast-paced environment with an opportunity to grow your professional accounting skills.

In This Role, You Will:

- Preparation and coordinate payroll communication including legislative changes, compliance, process change etc.
- Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executives’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Take minutes during the meeting
- Participate in the implementation of new and revised payroll reporting, analysis systems, and department policies and procedures.
- Support the coordination of payroll functions with other departments such as Accounting, Data Processing, Finance, and Human Resources
- Follow up within the different LOBs if required
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite
- Open to learn payroll processing for employees for Global markets in future if required
