Job Summary: We are seeking experienced US IT Recruiters with a strong background in Recruitment.

**Position Title**: US IT Recruiter
**Location**:

- Bhopal (Onsite)

**Job Type**:

- Full-time
**NP**:

- 0-30 Days

**Responsibilities**:
2. Develop, create, and post technical job descriptions.
4. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
6. Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
7. Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements.
8. Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
9. Work as an integral member of the team, motivating one another and communicating effectively at all levels.

**Required Skills and experience**
2. You will be self-motivated, driven and passionate to succeed within your career, maintaining positivity and drive throughout.
3. You will have 1+ year experience as a Technical recruiter.
4. Bachelor's IT or relevant degree.
5. Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured).
6. Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
7. Good knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
8. Knowledge with tax terms W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp.
9. Experience with VMS & ATS.
10. A clear understanding of Visa processes.
