We are looking for an ambitious and experienced US IT RECRUITER to join our growth-oriented, passionate team of recruiters at BHOPAL.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work on portals like Monster, LinkedIn, Dice, etc.
- Must demonstrate excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding the Job Description shared by the client.
- Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and spoken communication.
- Basics knowledge of excel & reporting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhopal, Bhopal - 462041, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
