**Job Title**: Campus Recruiter
**Location**: Dwarka, Delhi

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with colleges and universities to build relationships and establish strong recruitment pipelines.
- Plan and execute campus recruiting events, including career fairs, presentations, and interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and align campus recruiting strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with student organizations, faculty, and campus career services.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve campus recruiting strategies.
- Represent the company’s values and culture to attract top student talent.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- **1+ year of experience** in recruiting, HR, or campus recruitment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to college campuses for recruitment events.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Prior experience in campus recruitment or university relations.
- Knowledge of hiring trends and best practices for entry-level talent acquisition.
