**Your Role**:As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent that aligns with Acenzo LLP's vision and values. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the firm's growth by building a dynamic and skilled workforce dedicated to design excellence.

**What You Will Do**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments within Acenzo LLP.
- Collaborate with HR Manager to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Partner with HR and leadership teams to facilitate offer negotiations and onboarding procedures.
- Assist in organizing campus recruitment drives and internship programs.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and suggest improvements to hiring processes.

**Your Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the architecture, design, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms; experience with Keka is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A foundational understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
