**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of EXPAND smERP to provide effective support.
- Ensure 99% customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and accurate support.
- Maintain a high level of availability, aiming for 99% on-call support.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions by maintaining a call log sheet.
- Perform root cause analysis on issues and raise tickets for resolution.
- Collaborate with testing and development teams to fix bugs and close tickets efficiently.
- Conduct product testing to reproduce and analyze bugs.
- Achieve a turnaround time (TAT) of 1 hour for ticket resolution.
- Assist in creating and updating help documentation to support users.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
- Good understanding of basic accounting and taxation principles.
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
- Proficient in English writing.
- Fluent in Hindi and Bengali speaking.
