**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage product sourcing, vendor development, and buying for LSP categories.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers for trending, quality, and cost-effective products.
- Plan assortments based on sales performance, seasonality, and customer insights.
- Coordinate with design, quality, and logistics teams for timely product development and delivery.
- Track competitor and market trends across Amazon, Etsy, and other online platforms.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times to achieve margin and cost targets.
- Ensure product listings, descriptions, and attributes are aligned with online selling standards.
- Maintain buying records, product performance data, and vendor scorecards.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Fashion, Merchandising, or Business Management.
- 1-3 years’ experience in **buying, sourcing, or merchandising** for **Amazon, Etsy, or similar platforms**.
- Strong product sense for lifestyle, home décor, or fashion accessories.
- Proven negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP tools, and product tracking dashboards.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
