Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product sourcing, vendor development, and buying for LSP categories.
  • Identify and onboard new suppliers for trending, quality, and cost-effective products.
  • Plan assortments based on sales performance, seasonality, and customer insights.
  • Coordinate with design, quality, and logistics teams for timely product development and delivery.
  • Track competitor and market trends across Amazon, Etsy, and other online platforms.
  • Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times to achieve margin and cost targets.
  • Ensure product listings, descriptions, and attributes are aligned with online selling standards.
  • Maintain buying records, product performance data, and vendor scorecards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Fashion, Merchandising, or Business Management.
  • 1-3 years' experience in buying, sourcing, or merchandising for Amazon, Etsy, or similar platforms.
  • Strong product sense for lifestyle, home décor, or fashion accessories.
  • Proven negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP tools, and product tracking dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
