**Role Overview**:
The Merchandiser - Home Category will be responsible for developing, sourcing, and managing the product range within the **Home Décor and Home Textile** categories. This role requires strong coordination with design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure timely execution, quality assurance, and profitability.

Salary 4 lpA to 6 LPA

**Role Overview**:
The Merchandiser - Home Category will be responsible for developing, sourcing, and managing the product range within the **Home Décor and Home Textile** categories. This role requires strong coordination with design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure timely execution, quality assurance, and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and develop the home category product range in line with market trends and business strategy.
- Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for product development and timely delivery.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new trends and product opportunities.
- Manage pricing, margins, and inventory to optimize sales and profitability.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure quality and consistency in materials and finishes.
- Monitor sales performance and suggest product mix adjustments based on data insights.
- Ensure all merchandise aligns with brand standards and customer expectations.
- Maintain documentation for purchase orders, approvals, and shipment tracking.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong understanding of **Home Décor, Home Furnishings, and Textiles**.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good sense of design aesthetics and trend awareness.
- Analytical mindset with good Excel and merchandising tools proficiency.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate in Textile, Fashion, or related field.
- **3-6 years** of experience in merchandising for **Home Décor / Home Textiles / Lifestyle** categories.
- Experience in export or e-commerce setups will be an added advantage.
