**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven **Sales Executive** with a passion for sports and sales. You will be responsible for identifying new clients, pitching products, managing orders, and nurturing customer relationships, especially in the government and institutional sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell sports equipment to schools, colleges, institutions, and government departments
- Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, and proposals
- Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams for order fulfillment
- Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and payments

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in sales (Sports/Government supply preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally for meetings and exhibitions
- Enthusiasm for sports and fitness is a big plus
