We are seeking a pharmacy sales assistant, or salesgirl, in a pharmacy shop who is responsible for assisting customers, selling over-the-counter medications and other health-related products, and maintaining a clean and organized sales area. This role requires strong customer service skills, a knowledge of products, and the ability to handle transactions.
- **Customer Assistance**:Greet customers, assist them in finding products, answer their questions about usage, availability, and pricing, and guide them through the purchasing process, especially for over-the-counter (OTC) items.
- **Product Knowledge**:Maintain a strong understanding of the products offered, including their benefits, potential side effects, and interactions with other medications.
- **Sales Promotion**:Promote sales through various methods like displaying products strategically, offering incentives, and highlighting special promotions.
- **Customer Service**:Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, addressing their concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
- **Shop Maintenance**:Keep the shop organized and clean, including restocking shelves, maintaining displays, and ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.
- **Sales Reporting**:Keep track of sales performance and provide reports to management.
- **Relationship Building**:Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business and generate referrals.
- **Collaboration**:Work with the pharmacist and other pharmacy staff to ensure smooth operations and provide accurate information to customers.
- **Inventory Management**:Help maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
