1- Job Description
- **Store/Restaurant Manager**:

- Control day-to-day operations by scheduling manpower, ordering food & supplies & developing restaurant teams.
- Ensure statutory compliance by maintaining registers and licenses.
- Control P&L by following cash/control security procedures, maintaining inventory, reviewing financial reports, sale collection reconciliations and taking appropriate actions.
- Recruit, Interview & hire team members, conduct performance appraisals, take disciplinary action, motivate & train. -Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility, & grounds through the use of a Preventive Maintenance Plan based on company standards.
- Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
- Ensure complete & timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs.
- Ensure a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating a safe work environment for the team.

**Key Role**:

**Minimum Criteria** - 5 years' experience with an international QSR or IHM degree and 3 years' experience in QSR (Should be currently working at least as Assistant Restaurant Manager or equivalent level).

- **Assistant Restaurant Manager**
- Assist Manager in Timely analysis of Food & Beverage Prices in relation to competition.
- Ensuring all stock is maintained with a minimum level threshold
- Helping in successful implementation of marketing activities, such as promotional events
- Developing and ensuring that the Duty roaster is followed
- Excellent understanding of the P&L sheet and its components
- Making sure that all legal compliances are followed
- Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility, & grounds through the use of a Preventive Maintenance Plan based on company standards.

- **Shift Manager**:

- Follows the people positioning guide and organizes and directs team members on all stations to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Actively engages and motivates staff day to day through the use of basic people practices; reward and recognition. -Handles customer complaints efficiently; politely and professionally.
- Can recognize the visual characteristics of good quality products and takes action to achieve and maintain best standard products at all times.
- Is responsible for and understands the importance of adhering to all Food Safety and Health and Safety policies and regulations.
- Adheres to the cleaning and planned maintenance calendars day to day to ensure well maintained equipment and a clean restaurant.
