Cygnus Superspeciality Hospital, Kurukshetra is seeking a dedicated and experienced **Nursing Incharge** to lead and manage nursing operations in accordance with hospital standards and patient care protocols.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff in their daily responsibilities
- Ensure proper patient care, safety, and hygiene across assigned departments
- Allocate duties and maintain staff schedules/rosters
- Monitor patient charts and nursing documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure quality nursing services
- Assist in recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing personnel
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure equipment readiness
- Handle grievances or disciplinary issues within the nursing team
- Ensure infection control and nursing audit compliance
- Collaborate with doctors and other departments for efficient patient management
