**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Understand job descriptions and hiring needs by coordinating with internal teams.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Support in employer branding and participate in recruitment drives/events.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment (in-house or consultancy).
- Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Should be willing to work from Jayanagar, Bangalore.
