**Job Purpose**
- Managing dedupe end to end activities for respective clusters and churning of non eligible base
- Highlight issues to circles/Factory Lead for timely response & solutions.
- Responsible for physical verification for bulk accounts as per regulatory guidelines.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Responsible for set of circles to carry out end to end de-dupe activities on a monthly basis
- Identify eligible base for churn (by excluding COCP, Demo & Test No’s.) using the available tools
- Eyeballing of final dedupe clusters
- Disconnection of > 9 individual dedupe clusters
- Cascade MIS to Corporate & Circle stakeholders
- Continuously evaluate 7,8,9 dedupe clusters and churn ZU subs for making room to facilitate new gross adds in same cluster
- Governance of physical verification process for bulk accounts as per regulatory guidelines. List of eligible accounts to be shared with circle teams for confirmation on compliance

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Understanding and work experience of customer life cycle, Regulatory norms & compliance
- Inter Personal & problem solving skills
- Analytical Skills
- Exposure & understanding of business IT system & provisioning platforms.
- MS office package

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Graduate with a minimum 6-8 years of experience in service provisioning and Dedupe roles.
