Job Purpose

This position will be responsible for preparation and analysis for all opex & capex related reporting to deliver improved quality control and effectiveness

This position is also responsible for compiling, analyzing & presenting details of variance with respect to budget, identifying cost drivers and liasioning with cross functional departments of the circles/clusters

This position will be independently responsible for the entire gamut of Opex and Capex activities of the circles and would work with close coordination with all functions, SSC and Corporate team

To provide input for automation &optimization of processes for reporting by working closely with IT/BI team, & provide support for UAT.

Ensure data base management in HPM & assist in migration or integration of the HPM if required

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Timely Preparation of detailed line items wise cost details for each of the functions/line of business & circulation of the same to the circles
- Detailed analysis of COCA, COSA, NW, G&A, HR cost month on month and provide variance analysis of opex w.r.t budget and provide detailed analysis and insights for variation. Ability to understand and explain the line item wise cost details GL/wise/Cost centre wise to the management
- Standardisation of Opex Reports across circles/clusters and publish benchmarking reports to drive best practices and cost saving initiatives
- Provide cost estimate/projection and opportunity areas for cost optimisation
- Prepare Site profitability analysis & identify opportunity for network cost optimization
- Track actual cost against various NOVA cost project target and w.r.t budget for each of the functions
- Ensure database management of HPM and drive upgradation of the same
- Analyse the Cost provision and disputes and support in analysis of the same
