**Job Summary**:
The Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dishwashing areas, ensuring all equipment and utensils are clean and properly stored.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, storage areas, and equipment.
- Ensure garbage is disposed of properly and garbage bins are sanitized.
- Restock clean dishes, glasses, and utensils.
- Assist kitchen and service staff as needed.
- Follow safety and sanitation policies at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and kitchen hygiene.
- Physically fit to lift and move heavy items.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

**Job Summary**:
The Captain ensures high levels of customer service by supervising the restaurant floor, taking guest orders, coordinating service, and guiding junior staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and seat guests; take food and beverage orders.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of waitstaff and busboys.
- Ensure timely and accurate service to guests.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly.
- Train and guide junior staff on service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the dining area.
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
