**Job Description: International Voice Process (Chandigarh)**

**Position: International Voice Process Executive**

**Location: Chandigarh, India**

**Salary: INR 20,000 per month (in hand)**

**Experience: Minimum 6 months of prior experience in the BPO sector is mandatory**

**Education: Graduation is mandatory**

**Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Handle international inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, providing excellent customer service at all times.

2. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Provide product and service information to customers, guiding them through their options and resolving any issues or queries they may have.

4. Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with customers and establish a positive brand image.

5. Follow company guidelines and protocols to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to procedures.

6. Document and maintain accurate customer records, updating information as necessary.

7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate complex issues and resolve customer concerns promptly.

8. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices to deliver exceptional service.

9. Achieve individual and team performance targets, contributing to overall team success.

10. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:
**1. Minimum 6 months of prior experience in the BPO sector, specifically in international voice processes.**

**2. Graduation from a recognized university.**

**3. Excellent command over spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.**

4. Strong customer service orientation, with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

6. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team.

8. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.

6. **Age limit is 21 years.**

7. **Willing to work in Rotational Shifts.**
