
Performance Marketing Executive

Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings (SEO).
- Experience in managing SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns and a strong understanding of SEM principles are highly desirable.
- Manage end-to-end organic and paid marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with creative teams to oversee product and video shoots for effective marketing content.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and adjust strategies based on data-driven analysis to maximize ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Up to 2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Experience in managing organic social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with experience in overseeing product and video shoots.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
