In this role, you will oversee payment processes, including reviewing instructions, invoices, and vendor records, while ensuring compliance with controls and procedures. You will manage pay cycle planning, daily and weekly payment runs, and maintain accurate process documentation. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will also drive operational efficiency through process improvements and reviews- What you offer
- 3-6 years of experience in financial services with exposure relative to banking and payments
- Good understanding and knowledge of banking and payments platforms like Oracle, SAP and other related systems
- Ability to build strong relationships whilst proactively understanding client requirements and achieving desired outcomes.
- Demonstrative ability to manage ongoing ad hoc requests, queries, and complaints or issues appropriately
- Experience in analysing data using excel or other data analysis tools.
