**About Corporate and Investment Banking & Investment Research (CIB & IR)**

As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, you’ll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

**What you will be doing at Evalueserve**:
Business Analysts will join the Lending Services (Private banking) team at Evalueserve, supporting bankers in critical lending/credit processes across end to end lending journey such as follows:

- Personal Financial Statements (PFS), Personal Tax Returns (PTR) and Credit Bureau Report (CBR) spreading of HNWI / UHNWI in excel based template and in lending platform along with key metrics calculations
- Business Financials spreading (PL, BS and CF) on excel based model or lending platform along with key credit metrics calculation
- Brief write-up in lending platform for risk rating calculation
- Calculating covenants in line with facility agreements and providing detailed rationale for covenant Met/Breach results
- Drafting/Updating Annual/Interim underwriting loan/facilities reviews:

- Loan/Facilities Overview
- Collateral Analysis
- Financial Analysis (Historical and Forecast) (Operating, Leverage & Liquidity ratios)
- Key Metrics write-up
- Risks and Mitigants

**Skills we’re looking for**:

- Strong Accounting and financial skills
- Understanding and experience of spreading PFS, PTR and CBR is Preferable
- Understanding and experience of credit review or underwriting role is Preferable
- Eye for details and ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time
- Good MS Office Skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner
- Ability to practice attentive and active listening skills
- Ability to identify pro-active ways to contribute to firms’ goals & mission
- Challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working
