**Job description**

**Job Title: Press Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**:
**Operational Leadership **:ensuring smooth workflow and production schedules.
Manage and coordinate tasks among printing machine operators, maintenance staff, and other relevant personnel. Manage shift.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards.

**Quality Control**:Monitor and maintain high-quality printing standards throughout the production process.
Implement quality control measures and procedures to address any deviations.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to print specifications.

**Staff Management**:Recruit, train, and supervise printing machine operators and support staff.
Provide leadership, guidance, and performance feedback to the team.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Production Optimization**:Implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime.
Collaborate with maintenance personnel to ensure machines are well-maintained and operational.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall productivity.

**Resource Management**:Manage inventory of printing materials, including paper, inks, and plates.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of necessary supplies.
Monitor and control production costs within budgetary constraints.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or training in printing technology is preferred.

**Experience**:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the printing industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

**Leadership Skills**:Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

**Technical Knowledge**:In-depth understanding of printing machinery and processes.
Familiarity with printing software and technologies.

**Problem-Solving**:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.

**Communication**:Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and suppliers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
