We are seeking an organized and efficient Accounts Payable & Receivable Coordinator I to join our finance team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our company's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all accounting processes.
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
- Manage accounts payable functions, including vendor payments and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end closing procedures
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and analyze financial reports as required
- Assist in audits and respond to inquiries from vendors and internal departments
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Support other finance-related projects and tasks as needed
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, preferably in a corporate accounting environment
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong mathematical and analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
