Engagement with Educational Institutions: Establish and maintain
relationship with schools, colleges and universities, promote health
awareness campaigns, organize scientific / training sessions, camps
for students, teachers and administrators.

Fund raising: Crowd fund raising in educational institutions,
develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure financial
support for IDF projects and activities. Identify potential donors,
sponsors, and funding opportunities. Coordinate fundraising events,
campaigns, and initiatives.

Book Schools for a talk on IDF Projects with the CEO and other team members

Awareness Programs and Camps : Plan, organize, and execute
awareness programs / camps on health, social and environmental
issues. Coordinate with local communities, local government
hospitals / agencies, and partner organizations to raise awareness
and mobilize support for key issues.

Reporting and Documentation Responsibilities: Send detailed work
reports according to the provided format. Maintain accurate record
of activities, expenditures, and outcomes. Document all activities
with comprehensive details and accompanying photos and submit
documented reports to the reporting manager. Provide regular
updates to the management team regarding progress, challenges,
and potential opportunities. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in
handling sensitive information and documentation.

Maintaining a record of the collections done

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
(e.g., social sciences, education, development studies). Prior
experience working in the nonprofit sector, particularly in a field or
community engagement role, is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience of 1 to 3 years on B2B sales Experience working with NGOs or in a similar role

**80& of the role would be fundraising based on agreed targets**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
