**Role Description**

As a Franchise Coordinator for Santushti Shakes Pvt. Ltd, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the franchise owners. You will be required to manage the franchise network, ensure compliance, and work cross-functionally within the organization to support our franchisees. This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience coordinating multiple franchise locations preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- A basic understanding of franchising models and operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
