**Position: Executive Operations (Insurance)**

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Drive awareness and enrollment of farmers in climate insurance products in assigned territories.
- Build relationships with local communities, women entrepreneurs (Sahelis), and institutions to increase outreach.
- Educate farmers on the benefits, terms, and processes of climate insurance solutions.
- Ensure timely collection of required documentation and support customers through the policy lifecycle.
- Coordinate with local partners, insurance providers, and Saheli networks for field campaigns and activations.
- Report daily performance metrics, customer feedback, and field challenges to district leadership.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**
- **Mandatory**:Minimum 1 years of experience in the insurance industry, particularly within the district or territory applied for.
- **Preferred**: Experience in rural/agriculture insurance sales or working directly with rural communities.
- Strong communication skills in local language(s) and ability to explain financial/insurance concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial attitude with a willingness to travel across rural areas.
- Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools for reporting and communication.

**PROFILE OF THE EXECUTIVE OPERATIONS**
- Male/female, Age group: 25-30.
- He/She should be a Graduate/post graduate
- He/She should be fluent with Hindi and Gujarati.
- He/She should have 3 years plus exposure in fmcg businessin same market
- He/she should own a bike and Smartphone
- He shd have the ability to drive Multi products/ Multi projects on ground

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
