**Practice Overview**
- As part of the Wipro Engineering Edge global business line, **CPPE** serves product and platform engineering clients that rely on cloud, modern data platforms and AI to achieve a differentiated edge. The practice covers:

- Cloud-centric software development, full-stack engineering, containerization, microservice architecture, agile, DevOps, NFR optimizations.
- Modern, cloud-centric data platforms, data products and data governance; data-Ops and ML-Ops.
- GenAItask assistants for R&D, model training with human expertise, resource-optimized AI solutions for embedded, strong AI governance and observability.
- Secure product architecture design and validation.
- Legacy product sustenance and software architecture evolution/transformation to cloud and AI-centric.

**Role Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team at CPPE. You will be responsible for designing, and architecting transformational modernization of product software, platforms, and solutions for our engineering clients in Europe.

You are expected to engage with clients in multiple sectors including but not limited to Internet software, Healthcare and Medical Devices, Banking and Finance, Oil and Gas, Retail & Distribution, and Telecommunications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and understand business requirements, translating them into software architecture and systems transformation, leveraging cloud, modern data platforms, and AI.
- Design and develop end-to-end systems architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Integrating Gen AI into all aspects of software design, architecture, development methodologies, processes and modernized operational flows.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI, ML, and GenAI tools, technologies, and platforms to support operations software solutions.
- Lead the implementation and integration of these operations systems for our clients, ensuring intelligent automation leveraging deep learning and Gen AI technologies for network management, service management, business operations, and customer care.
- Lead proposals / RFPs across industry verticals and design the solution architecture with feasible effort estimation and engagement model.
- Drive client meetings to enable programs to support design and performance analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI Ops in conjunction with operations systems architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to define and implement system design strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all operations systems solutions.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in EE, CS, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, modern data platforms, systems architecture, design, and implementation.
- Knowledge and experience with AI and GenAI platforms, solutions, specialized infrastructure, LLM design and use cases.
- Knowledge and experience in Gen AI based product development, integration and automation.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing operations systems solutions, including experience with relevant tools and technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL).
- Proficiency on developing and executing AI over any of the hyperscalers such as Azure, AWS and GCP Cloud data platforms, associated data stores, Graph Stores, Vector Stores and pipelines
- Experience in architecting solutions in hybrid landscapes working on Unstructured Data, Time Series, OT and Enterprise data etc.
- Experience on One or more Cloud Data Processing, E2E data pipelines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
