To ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines and to create a safe working environment by implementing and monitoring safety policies and procedures across the site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement safety management systems and emergency response plans.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; identify root causes and recommend preventive measures.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety induction programs, and training sessions for workers and staff.
- Maintain records of inspections, incidents, training, and safety meetings.
- Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure its availability and proper usage.
- Coordinate with contractors and sub-contractors to ensure safety compliance.
- Promote a positive safety culture across the organization.
- Prepare and submit safety reports and documentation to the management and authorities.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- In-depth knowledge of OSHA, Factories Act, and other relevant safety regulations.
- Ability to conduct hazard identification and risk assessments (HIRA).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management software/tools.
- Attention to detail and proactive safety mindset.

**Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory)**:

- ADIS (mandatory)
- NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / First Aid / Fire Safety Certification (preferred)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per year
