**Responsibilities**
- Overall safety documentation and procedure implementations.
- Regular inspection.
- Risk assessments
- Keep accident records
- Advise on protective clothing and equipment.
- Train employees, investigate accidents and recommend any improvements in safety standards.
- Preparing preventive measures to avoid the hazards identified in the project.
- Selection and procurement of personal protective equipment / safety equipment.
- Ensuring Firefighting and First Aid facilities. Safety documentation.
- Prepare weekly and daily reports of unsafe acts, unsafe conditions & open unsafe conditions.
- Creating safety awareness among workers through Toolbox talks, Safety induction / Orientation / Safety mass meetings.
- Preparing Job safety analysis for the projects.
- Carrying out Safety inspection of work locations, work method, Men, Machinery, Materials, Vehicle movement, Tool - Tackles and stores.
- Conduct a Safety audit of documents and site safety conditions. Maintain compliance report of internal audit, client audit, external audit & daily observation
- Developing HSE instructions for sub-contractors
- Conducting training for the in-house workforce on scaffolding, rigging, fire extinguishers etc.
- Advising the management on procuring job-specific Protective Equipment.
- Preparation of risk assessments for activities.

**Qualifications**
- Must have a state technical board-approved degree or diploma in industrial safety (ADIS) from a recognised institute.
- Bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety
- At least 6 to 1 year experience in the construction industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month

Schedule:
