**Finance Executive**

Role Description

Objectives & Responsibilities

Finance and Accounting
- Making financial forecasts
- Complete financial accounting and forecasting
- Deliver reports and metrics
- Responsible for end to end Accounts like Finalisation of Accounts, Profit statement & get it audited by auditors, Tax Audit, Advance Tax Estimate, Income Tax Returns for GTD & personal accounts.
- To maintain records for FDR, Interest, TDS, Multi companies and personal accounts.
- To attend GST related matters from filing of Returns to Assessment.
- Processing of Staff salaries
- Coordinate with HR for Employees time sheet and Payroll process
- Incentives Calculation of stores and process
- Taking care of insurance and income Tax Deduction while process the payroll
- Expenses Reimbursement to Employees based on approvals
- All finance related work of the company to be executed, as per Management advise.

Retail Shops
- To supervise retail shops activities and maintain daily reports like MIS report, Sales & Stock report, Cash Flow report, Cumulative Sales report, Packet Tea sales report, Article report.
- Responsible for HTS sales report, sales register, ledger & visit to HTS.
- Visit retail branches and set routine for timely opening & closing of retail branches, factory & office and take care of all repairs and maintenance.
- In case of changes in MRP to do follow up work & maintain price list on board regularly and at required time.

Data Analysis
- Analysing and exploring data
- Expertise in statistics
- Analysing and visualizing data
- Reports and dashboards

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 3 - 4 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Must be based out of Bangalore

**Salary**: From ₹752.71 per day
