**Job Title**: Finance Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage **accounts payable and receivable** and ensure timely payment processing.
- Prepare and issue **client invoices** and follow up for payments.
- Perform **bank and ledger reconciliations** on a daily/weekly basis.
- Track **employee reimbursements, expenses, and petty cash** settlements.
- Support **monthly and quarterly closing** and reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with **GST and other statutory requirements**.
- Assist in preparation of **MIS and financial reports** for management.
- Coordinate with **vendors, auditors, and internal teams** for finance-related queries.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- **2-3 years of relevant experience** in finance/accounts (service industry preferred).
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas).
- Working knowledge of **Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar accounting tools**.
- **Preferred**: CA-Intermediate or equivalent certification; prior experience in **IT services or consulting** organizations.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong **analytical and numerical ability**.
- High **attention to detail and accuracy**.
- Good **communication and stakeholder management** skills.
- Ability to **manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines**.

**Working Conditions**
- **Full-time, on-site role** (Monday to Friday).
- Standard office hours with possible **extended hours during month-end or audit periods**.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
