**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Interaction**: Make outbound calls to existing and potential patients to schedule appointments, offer health services, and answer inquiries related to clinic offerings.
- **Appointment Management**: Assist patients in booking, rescheduling, or canceling appointments, ensuring efficient patient flow and appointment adherence.
- **Medical Services Promotion**: Promote Apollo Clinic’s healthcare services, health packages, and medical facilities, ensuring clear communication of benefits.
- **Follow-ups**: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure patients are satisfied with their services, treatments, and health packages.
- **Patient Records**: Maintain and update accurate patient records and appointment details in the system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless coordination of services and patient care.
- **Resolve Queries**: Address patient concerns and queries professionally, offering solutions or directing them to appropriate staff as needed.
- **Telemedicine Support**: Assist with telemedicine consultations and appointments, if applicable, for patients seeking virtual care.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a telecaller, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare services.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; ability to speak clearly and persuasively.
- **Customer Service**: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle calls effectively and maintain a positive attitude.
- **Technical Skills**: Comfortable using telecommunication tools and CRM software; ability to learn new software quickly.
- **Education**: A background in healthcare, nursing, or any medical-related field is a plus.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing patient records and information.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide solutions to patient concerns.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
