**The details.**

**Day to Day Responsibilities**:

- Setup calibration sessions whenever necessary to have an in depth understanding of the hiring requirements.
- Creates and maintains various sourcing job boards and channels
- Research for additional sourcing channels and creates sourcing initiatives to ensure completion of hiring requirements.
- Regular hiring touchpoint and sending regular hiring reports to clients and hiring managers
- Manage new hire onboarding in coordination with local HR team.
- Manage and elevate social media and community presence.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Recruiter role.
- Talent acquisition experience in a high volume BPO/contact center preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of talent acquisition processes.
- Knowledgeable in sourcing for active and passive leads through various channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibits sound and accurate judgment and escalation.
- Ability to manage competing demands.
- Critical thinking skills to solve problems and achieve effective solutions.
- Team player who can balance team and individual responsibilities.
