**Role and Responsibilities**:
Manage Digital Servicing projects including:
- Liaison with Business Leads / IT colleagues to manage all activities related to the project
- Capture key information including objectives, benefits, risks, dependencies, scope, resources and costs
- Undertake detailed project planning & documentation (defining project deliverables, success criteria, benefits management, dependencies, change control, risk management) including escalating risks & issues as required.
- Identify, document, analyse and ensuring the project meets business needs / strategic aims
- Testing and develop controls around digital initiatives / Process
- Maintaining post production effectiveness of deployments and change management
- Manage project progress as per committed timelines, performance and quality, including evaluation and benefits realisation
- Manage project meeting requirements, producing & presenting written and oral reports/management information
