**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with trainers to identify strengths and areas for improvement in training solutions, and appropriate steps to take to improve training effectiveness (e.g., content, activities, materials, delivery methods)
- Develop engaging and interactive content using Articulate authoring tools.
- Design and create multimedia presentations, e-learning modules, and interactive simulations.
- Utilize instructional design principles to enhance learning experiences.
- Ensure content is visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible across various platforms and devices.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and functionality of content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-learning and instructional design. -Provide guidance and support to colleagues on using Articulate tools effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of SCORM and other eLearning standards.
- Graphic design skills and ability to create visual elements for learning content.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, Education, or related field. -Proven experience with Articulate authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Used track progress opportunities within Articulate
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and e-learning methodologies like gamification and simulation.
- Proficiency in multimedia design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to ₹1,100,000.00 per year
