**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Engaging Courses**: Develop interactive and effective e-learning courses that align with learning objectives and industry standards.
- **Content Creation**: Write clear, concise, and compelling content, including course scripts, quizzes, and assessments, tailored to various learning styles.
- **Storyboarding**: Create detailed storyboards and design documents to guide the development of e-learning modules.
- **Use of Authoring Tools**: Develop courses using e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and others.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Regularly update and enhance existing courses based on feedback and instructional design trends.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all content is accurate, error-free, and meets our high standards for educational materials.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Instructional Designer or Content Writer, preferably in the e-learning sector.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
- Proficiency in e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Ability to create interactive and learner-focused content.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in both design and content.
- **Creativity**: Innovative approach to designing engaging and interactive learning experiences.
