**Job Title**: E-commerce Sales Executive

**Salary**: 20,000 INR - 25,000 INR + Fixed Incentives

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inbound and outbound calls to actively promote products and adeptly handle customer inquiries.
- Thoroughly understand customer needs, enabling the delivery of personalized recommendations.
- Embrace the challenge of consistently exceeding monthly sales targets, aiming for excellence beyond mere fulfillment.
- Fully immerse yourself in our diverse product range to provide unrivaled service quality.

**Qualifications**:

- While prior experience in E-commerce sales is advantageous, it's not the sole determining factor.
- Exceptional communication skills and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction are highly regarded.
- Proficiency in fundamental computer skills is expected, and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proven history of consistently surpassing set targets is essential

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
