**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Research & Analysis**:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify key export opportunities and trends in international markets.
- Analyze competitors, customer preferences, and economic conditions in target regions.
- Provide insights on market entry strategies, product positioning, and potential sales channels.
- **Export Marketing Strategy**:
- Assist in the development and execution of export marketing strategies tailored to specific regions.
- Help create market-specific promotional plans and marketing materials (brochures, advertisements, online content).
- Adapt the company's brand message to fit cultural and market-specific needs while maintaining overall brand consistency.
- Coordinate the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns aimed at boosting export sales.
- **Digital and Traditional Marketing**:
- Coordinate traditional marketing efforts such as print advertising, trade shows, and in-market promotions.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in international markets, making recommendations for optimization.
- **Sales Support & Lead Generation**:
- Generate and qualify sales leads in target export markets, working with local distributors, agents, and sales teams.
- Coordinate with the export sales team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives.
- Assist in creating sales presentations, proposals, and reports for international clients.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key international clients, distributors, and agents.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction in export markets.
- Assist with after-sales support to enhance customer retention and encourage repeat business.
- **Export Documentation & Compliance**:
- Work with the logistics team to ensure that export documentation, tariffs, and compliance requirements are met.
- Help manage the export process from order placement to shipment, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery.
- Ensure all export activities comply with local laws and international trade regulations.
- **Event Planning and Coordination**:
- Assist in planning and coordinating participation in international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Manage logistics and promotional materials for events, ensuring that the company’s offerings are presented effectively.
- Develop relationships with trade associations and key international stakeholders.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:
- Track the performance of export marketing efforts and analyze metrics such as sales growth, customer engagement, and campaign success.
- Provide regular reports to management on the status of marketing activities in international markets.
- Suggest adjustments to marketing strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field. Postgraduate education or certification in export management is a plus.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in export marketing, international sales, or business development.
- Experience working with international markets, distributors, or export sales channels.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and international market penetration.
- **Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, logistics, and export documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and adapt marketing strategies to different cultural and market preferences.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
