As a Sales Executive at our retail pharmacy store in India, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products, over-the-counter medications, and other health and wellness items. The role demands a dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting and advising customers on product selection, usage, and benefits.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with a positive and helpful attitude.
- **Sales Generation**:

- Actively promote and sell pharmaceutical and healthcare products to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the latest pharmaceutical products, medications, and health-related items.
- Provide accurate information about product specifications, usage, and potential side effects.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize product assortment and maintain inventory accuracy.
- **Cross-selling and Up-selling**:

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional products to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- **Compliance**:

- Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines governing the sale of pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure that the store operates in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- **Visual Merchandising**:

- Assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing store layout to attract customers and drive sales.
- **Reporting**:

- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
- Communicate feedback from customers and market trends to contribute to business strategy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 56 - 70 per week
