Vani Jewellers is a reputable and well-established silver jewellery retail store catering to a diverse customer base. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Assistant. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome upon entering the store.
- Assist customers in selecting the right silver jewellery pieces based on their preferences, budget, and occasion.
- Educate customers about the features and benefits of various silver jewellery items.
- Offer personalized recommendations and styling advice to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments securely and maintain proper documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including display areas, shelves, and merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the store manager about stock replenishment needs.
- Assist with visual merchandising tasks, including setting up displays and arranging products.
- Provide after-sales support, including handling returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines regarding safety, security, and customer privacy.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Passion for silver jewellery and a good understanding of current fashion trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as per the store's schedule.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,990.00 per month
