Our goal is to help businesses grow with cutting-edge technology, and we are seeking a proactive **Telecaller / Front Desk Assistant** to join our team and provide exceptional customer service.

As a **Telecaller / Front Desk Assistant**, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting visitors, and providing general support. You will handle client inquiries, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure smooth communication between customers and the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing information about our IT services and solutions.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming front desk experience.
- Address customer inquiries and provide basic troubleshooting for service-related issues.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Assist with the coordination of day-to-day office operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in telecalling, front desk, or customer service (IT industry experience is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services and solutions (or willingness to learn).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
