Sales Trainer - Jus Jumping Kids Entertainment Pvt Ltd
Jus Jumping Kids Entertainment is a rapidly growing company that specializes in creating unforgettable party and event experiences for children. We are seeking an exceptional Sales Trainer to join our team and drive the development of our sales force.
**Responsibilities**:
- Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to onboard, upskill, and continuously develop our sales team.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions that cover product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, closing strategies, and customer service best practices.
- Develop customized training materials, including presentations, role-playing scenarios, and hands-on exercises to facilitate effective learning.
- Assess the training needs of individual sales representatives and tailor coaching and development plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to identify skill gaps, establish training objectives, and measure the impact of training initiatives.
- Foster a growth mindset and cultivate a high-performance sales culture within the organization.
- Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends, sales methodologies, and best practices to enhance training content.
- Promote team building, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing among sales representatives.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role, with a track record of delivering impactful sales training programs.
- Extensive knowledge of consultative and solution-based selling techniques, as well as expertise in the kids' entertainment or events industry.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to effectively convey complex concepts and engage learners.
- Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities to motivate and inspire sales professionals.
- Proficiency in developing comprehensive training curricula, materials, and assessments.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to build rapport, foster trust, and establish strong connections with sales teams.
- Proficient in using technology tools and learning management systems (LMS) for training delivery and tracking.
- Passion for continuous learning and a commitment to professional development.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
