Experience: 0 to 1 year

**Salary**: 15 to 20 K depending on relevant experience.

**Summary**:

- Good English communication required.
- Training skills are mandatory.
- Responsible for conducting online and offline classes.
- Develop curriculum and create presentation.
- Train, educate and develop employees and freshers on inpatient and outpatient coding skill sets and competencies based on the industry requirements.
- Review and respond to coding questions.
- Research on updated coding issues, reimbursement methodologies, and changes in technology that impact and drive the accurate code assignments.
- Create analysis and reviews of the trainees.
- Delivering training as per the schedule.
- Plan assignments, grade tests, evaluate student progress & provide course materials.
- Any change in deviation of schedule should be reported.
- Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong knowledge in Medical Anatomy, Medical Terminology, and the Insurance plans.
- Should posses certification under AAPC (CPC).
- Knowledge of legal, regulatory and policy compliance issues related to medical coding and documentation and billing procedures.
- Ability to analyse, problem-solve, and work independently effectively.
- Excellent knowledge in CPT, ICD 10, PCS, HCPCS and healthcare terminologies.
- Should be also able to provide guidance for other similar certifications like AHIMA.
- Ability to provide guidance and training to coding professionals and freshers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
