**Role Description**:
This is a full-time role for a Performance Marketer at EsroMagica in Pune. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising online marketing strategies to drive quality customer acquisition an revenue growth. This role will involve analysing data, managing digital advertising campaigns, and identifying new opportunities for performance improvement.

**Job Office Location**: Office no.201, Navale Icon, 2nd floor, Near Navale Bridge, Pune-411041.

**Experience**: 1 year to 3 Years

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Qualifications**
- Digital Advertising, Online Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Data Analysis skills
- Experience in planning and optimising marketing strategies
- Proven track record of successful campaigns
- Experience of SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns
- Analytics tools proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
