We have also built point solutions and products through Thoucentric labs using AI/ML in the supply chain space. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead and manage internal/external audits, ensuring alignment with regulatory and corporate compliance standards. - Develop, implement, and manage compliance programs to ensure adherence to privacy and data protection regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and other relevant laws. - Review audit findings, identify gaps, and develop corrective action plans (CAPA) to resolve non-compliance issues. - Track and oversee the implementation of post-audit recommendations, ensuring timely resolution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve compliance readiness for future audits. - Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks within operations. - Work closely with legal, risk, and operations teams to ensure adherence to evolving regulatory requirements. - Establish and maintain compliance tracking mechanisms, ensuring ongoing alignment with industry best practices. - Support data governance and reporting efforts, ensuring accuracy in compliance-related disclosures. - Define compliance-related standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sustainability operations. - Stay updated on emerging compliance trends and regulatory changes to ensure proactive alignment. **Requirements**: **Must-Have Skills** - Experience in audit management, compliance operations, and regulatory reporting (6+ years preferred). - Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and post-audit remediation strategies. Experience working with compliance monitoring tools and governance frameworks. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing compliance gaps and solutions. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to liaise with auditors, regulators, and internal teams. **Preferred Skills (Nice to Have, Not Mandatory)** - Knowledge of ESG and sustainability-related regulations (CSRD, GHG Protocol, EU Taxonomy, EUDR). - Familiarity with digital compliance tools (Workiva, SAP, Microsoft Sustainability Manager, etc.). - Experience in data collection, validation, and governance for compliance reporting.
