Your Responsibilities: *
- Lead full cycle recruiting for a wide range of openings across Operations, Tech, and other business functions of Supply Wisdom.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Drive and implement innovative strategies for pipeline generation of diverse talent to our core and niche roles, as well as our critical & recurring roles
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Onboard new members to become fully integrated
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports

**Your Key Competencies**:

- Proven work experience as a Talent Partner or similar role
- Should have excellent sourcing techniques using LinkedIn, other social media, job portals, etc
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), HRMS platforms
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail, well organized, and able to set priorities
- Self-motivated and flexible to work collaboratively with a global team

**Your Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's in human resources management or relevant field with MBA preferred
- 4+ years of experience in a Hiring/Talent Management role
