The applicant will be trusted with the following responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:
Solving customer queries and maintain good customer relations.
Handling customer communication at various channels like calls, E-mail, Instagram, Facebook.
Create tickets where required for customer queries resolutions.
Extensively following up with courier partners regarding delivery.
Responding to customer comments and managing online brand reputation.
**Qualifications**:
Patient Listener, Excellent Communication skills.
Must know fluent English (Oral and written) and Hindi,
Good Typing Speed, Problem Solving, Greatly confident.
University/College degree is an asset.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
