**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- H3andle inbound customer inquiries and resolve their queries effectively.
- Maintain a database of customer calls and follow up regularly.
- Explain products or services clearly and persuasively to customers.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales wherever applicable.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass.
- **Skills**:

- Fluent in Hindi and Gujarati; basic English is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and complaints politely.
- **Qualities**:

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills for data entry.
