Job Title: Service Executive

Reports to: Service Manager/Operations Head

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Management:

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

2. Service Coordination:

- Schedule and coordinate service visits.
- Assign tasks to service engineers.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion.

3. Service Operations:

- Manage service requests, work orders, and job closures.
- Track and maintain service records.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures.

4. Technical Support:

- Provide basic technical assistance to customers.
- Troubleshoot minor issues.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare service reports.
- Analyse service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

6. Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Ensure seamless communication across departments.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: ITI / Experience in solar field

2. Experience: 0-3 years.

3. Skills:

- Basic knowledge of solar systems (preferable).
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

4. Language: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (local language).
